This morning

Bryan: Morning. Your client deck is the only thing due today. The school form can wait until tonight.

You: voice note, Keep me on the deck.

Bryan: Done. I’ll bring the form back at 6. Start with the pricing slide — it’s the only section still unfinished.

When plans change

Bryan: Your 3 pm meeting moved to tomorrow. You have 40 minutes back. Want to use them to finish the proposal you paused yesterday?

You: Yes.

Bryan: I’ve brought back your notes and the last decision. You were choosing between the two pricing options.

Still waiting

Bryan: You asked me not to lose the plumber follow-up. They still haven’t replied. Bring it back tomorrow, or deal with it now?

You: Tomorrow.

Bryan: Okay. You can put it down again.

Why Bryan exists

You shouldn’t have to hold it all in your head.

The dentist you meant to call. The reply you’ve been avoiding. The thing you were in the middle of before the school run. The promise you made in a meeting that nobody wrote down.

You’re capable. You’re also carrying too much.

How Bryan helps

Remember it. Pick it back up. Finish it.

  1. 01

    Remember

    Before it disappears.

  2. 02

    Pick it back up

    Without starting over.

  3. 03

    Finish it

    With an honest outcome.

  • Catch it before it disappears

“Remind me to chase the landlord on Friday.” Friday it comes back, with the context.

  • Put it straight into the apps you already use

“Add call the dentist to my list” lands in your list. Bryan checks it landed before saying it did.

  • Tell you what today looks like

A short morning message: what’s on, the one thing to protect, who you’re waiting on.

  • Get you unstuck

You know what to do and can’t start. Bryan finds what’s in the way and gives you a first step small enough to do now.

  • Turn a big scary thing into a short list

“Sort out the visa” becomes five steps you can actually begin.

  • Close the day

What got done, what carries over, tomorrow’s first move. Then you can stop thinking about it.

What Bryan works with

Bryan isn’t another app. He works in the ones you already have.

Connect only what you want, and disconnect any time. Nothing to move across, nothing new to maintain.

Messages first

Bryan messages you first.

An assistant you have to remember to check is another thing to remember. For the routines, commitments and follow-ups you choose, Bryan stays quiet until something genuinely needs your attention.

  1. Monday

You: Keep track of the proposal for Thursday’s client call.

    Bryan: I’ve got it.

  2. Tuesday

    Nothing needs you.

  3. Wednesday

Bryan: Your client call moved to 10 tomorrow, and the proposal is still open. I’ve pulled together the decisions from your notes. Want a short preparation brief?

    You: Yes.

Bryan: Ready. Three decisions, one missing answer and the next action.

Quiet when nothing matters. Present when something does.

When life changes

When the plan breaks, you haven’t lost the thread.

Bryan keeps what still matters and helps you work out what happens next.

Bryan: Today has changed. The report can wait. The school appointment needs a decision, and Sam is already waiting. Keep those two and move the rest?

You: Yes.

Bryan: Done. The report is back tomorrow with the context attached.

A changed plan isn’t a failed plan.

You stay in control

Bryan suggests. You decide.

You review important actions before they happen. Tasks you ask for are added straight away, with Undo. Calendar changes wait for your Approve. Bryan reads your email but never sends it. Nothing that reaches other people, costs money or deletes anything happens without your tap.

Bryan: Add “Dentist, Thursday 3pm” to your calendar?

Bryan: Done. It’s in your calendar for Thursday at 3pm, and I checked it saved.

The fine print, up front

Your accounts stay yours

  • You choose what Bryan can access.
  • Connect only what you want, and disconnect any time.

Some things stay in your hands

  • Bryan won’t send your emails. He drafts the reply. You send it.
  • Bryan won’t buy, book or pay for anything.
  • Bryan won’t change anything in your apps without telling you. A task you ask for lands on the spot, with Undo. Anything else waits until you tap Approve.

Honest about what happened

  • Bryan shows you what happened, not what he hopes happened.
  • Bryan won’t say something is done unless it’s done.

No guilt

  • Bryan won’t judge you. No streaks, no guilt, no “you missed this”.

You’re not behind. You’re busy.
